Board a breathtaking flight over the Himalayan peaks to Lhasa (Tibet, 3650m). Rest at the hotel for altitude acclimatization.
Guided visits to the majestic Potala Palace (palace of Dalai Lama), Jokhang Temple, and walk the devotional circuit of Barkhor Street.
Travel to Shigatse (Tibet's second-largest town), visiting the historically rich Tashilungpo Monastery along the route.
Drive deep into the Tibetan plateau to Thingri (4300m). Paced rest day to ensure altitude adaptation before heading higher.
Wake up early for a spectacular excursion to Everest Base Camp (5200m) for panoramic views, then drive to Saga town (4450m).
Drive across the plateau to reach the holy Lake Manasarovar (4590m). Check-in at the guesthouse near Chhu Gompa for evening meditation.
Morning holy dip/baths and group Rudra Abhishek puja at Lake Manasarovar. Drive to Darchen, the base camp of Mount Kailash (4575m).
Trek from Yam Dwar to Diraphuk (4900m). Witness the Saga Dawa full moon flag ritual at Tarboche and touch the North Face (Charan Sparsh).
Challenge yourself with the trek to Zuthulphuk (4760m), crossing the highest point: Dolma La Pass (5630m). View holy Gauri Kund lake.
Finish the remaining trek to Darchen. Optional excursion to Inner Kora or Astapad viewpoint for sunset prayers.
Say farewell to Mount Kailash. Board vehicles for the return journey across the plains to Saga for overnight rest.
Return journey to Shigatse. Evening group reflection circle sharing spiritual transformational stories.
Drive back to Lhasa. Enjoy a free afternoon for souvenir shopping or walking along the Barkhor Bazaar.
Morning flight back to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel, evening closing ceremony, and farewell dinner.
